My journey with LEGO
I have been collecting LEGO for over 30 years and have built countless sets over the years. My passion has always been driven by LEGO’s ability to tell stories and bring joy. While I have previously sold parts of my collection, my focus now is on sharing the unique parts I no longer need. My own extensive personal collection remains with me, but here at Rarebricks, you will find carefully selected sets that deserve a new home. This is LEGO created to be played with, and that is exactly the spirit I wish to carry forward.
What makes Rarebricks unique?
At Rarebricks, you will find bricks that are more than just pieces of plastic. I collect rare parts, short shots, long shots, prototypes, Q-elements, and other special bricks—all of which contribute to LEGO’s fascinating history. While many of the bricks on this site are unique, you will also find ordinary bricks that are simply fun. Our selection appeals to those seeking something out of the ordinary—something that evokes memories or sparks a new story. Rarebricks is your destination for bricks with soul and history.

Who do we dream of helping? First and foremost, Rarebricks was created for collectors—those who appreciate the history and rarity of every single brick. But we also cater to everyone young at heart, regardless of age, who loves to build, create, and dream with LEGO. Whether you are looking for that missing piece for your collection, a special part for a building project, or simply want to rediscover the joy of play, you have come to the right place. Let’s preserve the magic of LEGO together. We also donate surplus LEGO to schools and other places that could use a little extra joy.

2. Da Rarebricks sortiment primært består af ældre samlerobjekter, udgåede lego dele, unikke prototyper og misprints, sælges alle varer som brugte samlerobjekter, medmindre andet eksplicit er angivet i produktbeskrivelsen. Hver vare er unik. Der tages forbehold for naturlig patinering, mindre brugsspor eller produktionsvariationer, som er karakteristiske for prototyper og fejltryk. Kunden opfordres til at gennemse produkt billederne grundigt inden køb.
3. Betaling. Vi modtager betaling med paypal, mobilepay og bank overførsel samt betaling via Mollie. Ved afhentning kan der betales med kort via mobilepay. Alle priser på websiden er angivet i DKK og er inkl. brugtmoms efter de danske regler for brugte varer (Globalmetoden). Der specificeres ikke seperat moms på fakturaen jf. gældende lovgivning for brugsmoms. Erhvervskunder kan ikke fradrage moms af købet.
4. Fragt. Vi sender alle pakker som forsikret pakke med tracking. Vi bruger typisk GLS, Dao og Postnord, men kan bruge andre leverandører til international fragt. Told og import (udenfor EU) er køber fuldt ud ansvarlig for eventuelle lokale importafgifter, told og moms, som opkræves ved ankomst til destinationslandet.
5. Som forbruger har du 14 dages fortrydelsesret, når du handler hos os. Fristen løber fra den dag du modtager varen. Hvis du ønsker at fortryde dit køb, skal du give os besked herom senest 14 dage efter modtagelsen på email info@rarebricks.dk . Du skal selv afholde de direkte udgifter i forbindelse med tilbagelevering af varen. Varen skal returneres i samme stand, som den blev modtaget, og pakkes forsvarligt ind.
6. Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation, som var tilstede på leveringstidspunktet. Dette gælder ikke beskrevne fejl i varebeskrivelsen. Reklamationsretten dækker ikke fejl, skader eller slitage, som er opstået efter modtagelsen som følge af forkert håndtering, eller som er en naturlig del af varens beskrevne stand som brugt samlerobjekt/fejltryk.
7. Vi elsker LEGO® klodser! Vi vil dog gerne gøre opmærksom på, at Rarebricks er en helt selvstændig og uafhængig forhandler. Vi har ikke noget officielt samarbejde, partnerskab eller kommerciel aftale med LEGO Koncernen. Alle LEGO® produkter, vi sælger, er originale, men vores forretning drives uafhængigt. 2. As Rarebricks' assortment primarily consists of older collectibles, discontinued LEGO parts, unique prototypes, and misprints, all items are sold as used collectibles unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. Each item is unique. Reservations are made for natural patination, minor signs of use, or production variations characteristic of prototypes and misprints. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product images before purchase.
3. Payment. We accept payment via PayPal, MobilePay, bank transfer, and payment through Mollie. For pickup, card payment via MobilePay is possible. All prices on the website are stated in DKK and include VAT according to Danish rules for used goods (Global Method). Separate VAT is not specified on the invoice in accordance with current legislation for used VAT. Business customers cannot deduct VAT from the purchase.
4. Shipping. We send all packages as insured parcels with tracking. We typically use GLS, Dao, and PostNord, but may use other carriers for international shipping. Customs and import (outside the EU): the buyer is fully responsible for any local import duties, customs, and VAT levied upon arrival in the destination country.
5. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The period runs from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by email info@rarebricks.dk. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and properly packed.
6. A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with Danish sales law. The right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing that were present at the time of delivery. This does not apply to defects described in the item description. The right to complain does not cover defects, damage, or wear and tear that occurred after receipt due to improper handling, or that are a natural part of the item's described condition as a used collectible/misprint.
7. We love LEGO® bricks! However, please note that Rarebricks is a completely separate and independent retailer. We have no official partnership, commercial agreement, or affiliation with the LEGO Group. All LEGO® products we sell are original, but our business is operated independently.
